 ρίληψη\n Using a quantitative resear
 ch methodology, this study examines
 how leadership behaviours affect wor
 ker satisfaction and productivity in
  Greek businesses. The research’s le
 adership investigation theory aligns
with the High Performance Work Syst
 ems (HPWS) perspective, extending th
 e literature regarding the “black-bo
 x” mechanisms by identifying leaders
hip practices; in combination with O
 rganizational Citizenship Behaviour
 (OCB), Perceived Organizational Supp
 ort (POS), and Perceived Supervisor
 Support (PSS); that enhance employee
  satisfaction and performance in the
  Greek business context. A standardi
 zed questionnaire was distributed an
d used for measuring leadership qual
 ity, work satisfaction, and performa
nce. Strong construct validity and r
eliability were shown by the questio
 nnaire. Jamovi, an open-source stati
stical software tool, was used to do
  statistical studies, such as multip
 le linear regression, one-way ANOVA,
  Pearson correlations, and descripti
ve statistics. The findings show a s
 trong correlation between greater pe
 rformance and increased satisfaction
  among workers and certain leadershi
 p practices, including clear communi
 cation, flexibility, acknowledgment,
  and encouragement of employee parti
 cipation. Organizational and demogra
phic factors like tenure, job title,
and business size had little to no
 impact. Future research and manageme
 nt practice implications are examine
d, along with the suggested extensio
n of the study to include employee l
 oyalty as a variable.\n
