A new Erasmus+ Project DGTRANS on Transport of Dangerous Goods with the participation of the Technical University of Crete

A European Erasmus+ project aiming at the Transport of Dangerous Goods - Modernization of Curricula and Development of Trainings for Professionals in the Western Balkans HEIs /DGTRANS started recently with the University of Pristina in Kosovska Mitrovica as coordinator and participation, among others, of the Technical University of Crete.

The wider objective of the DGTRANS project is to improve the quality of higher education in the field of the Transport of Dangereous Goods, strengthen its relevance for the labour market and society, enhancing the level of competences and skills of experts for TDG in Western Balkan Countries (Montenegro, Kosovo*, Albania and Bosnia and Herzegovina) by developing new competence-based and improved existing undergraduate/master curricula in line with EU trends.

The Group of the Technical University of Crete is includes Dr. Georgios Papadakis, Dr. Konstantinos Marakakis, Prof. Thomas Kontogiannis and Prof. Georgios Stavroulakis. One of the next project meetings will be organized in Chania in June.
