Brief CV: Konstantinos Tsagarakis is a Professor of "Economics of Environmental Science and Technology" in the Department of Production Engineering and Management at the Technical University of Crete. His research work has been published in more than 100 papers in refereed journals. Education: He holds a degree from the department of Civil Engineering of the Democritus University of Thrace, a BA degree from the Department of Economics of the University of Crete and a Ph.D. Degree in Public Health from the School of Civil Engineering from the University of Leeds, UK.
