Professor Aristomenis Antoniadis received its B.S. (1984) and Ph.D. (1999) in Mechanical Engineering from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. His dissertation title was "Determination of the impact tool stresses during Gear Hobbing and determination of cutting forces during Hobbing of the hardened gears". Prior to joining the faculty at Technical University of Crete, he worked in the Technical Education Institute (TEI) of Crete at Design & Manufacturing Lab. His work there was in the area of production technologies, reverse engineering and mechanical design. Before TEI of Crete, he worked at TEI of Serres, University of Thessaloniki & Thessaly. He is a reviewer at ASME Journal of Manufacturing Science and Engineering, ASME Journal of Mechanical Design, International Journal of Advanced Manufacturing Technology, International Journal of Machine Tools & Manufacture and International Journal of Simulation and Modeling, etc.
