Computational Methods of Operational Research
Michalis Doumpos is full Professor of Operations Research at the Technical University of Crete. His research interests include multicriteria analysis, decision support systems, machine learning, financial risk management, and sustainability. He has published over 100 research articles in premier operations research/management science journals, and he has co-authored several books, edited volumes, book chapters, and conference papers. He is the recipient of the Gold Medal Award of the International Society on Multiple Criteria Decision Making (2019). He is the Vice President of the Financial Engineering and Banking Society, and he has extensive consulting experience with the financial industry on projects related to credit scoring/rating, banking risk management, real estate appraisal, and ESG evaluation systems.
